Terms of Service

By accessing or using Property Command Center (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Property Command Center is a subscription-based web application that helps homeowners and small property owners organize and track information related to their properties, including maintenance schedules, tasks, vendor contacts, documents, and alerts. The Service is a software tool for organizational purposes only. It does not perform property maintenance, manage properties on your behalf, guarantee vendor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, or provide legal, financial, insurance, or professional property management advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at francisco@myturnmediagroup.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all property information, maintenance records, vendor data, documents, and other content you enter into the Service. Property Command Center provides organizational tools and reminders — it is your responsibility to verify deadlines, schedules, maintenance needs, vendor relationships, document renewals, and any other time-sensitive obligations. You should not rely on the Service as your sole method of tracking critical legal, financial, or safety-related deadlines.

Property Command Center offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly: • Starter — $19/month • Pro — $49/month • Founding Member — $29/month (limited offer) Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal accessible from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

New users may access a 14-day free trial of the Service without providing payment information upfront. After the trial period ends, continued access requires selecting and activating a paid subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

The Founding Member plan is a limited-time offer available to a select number of early users. Founding Members receive Pro-level access at a locked-in rate of $29/month for as long as they maintain an active Founding Member subscription. This rate applies to the individual account holder and is not transferable. My Turn Media Group, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founding Member offer for new subscribers at any time, but existing active Founding Member subscribers will retain their locked-in rate.

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service, including property information, documents, and files you upload. By submitting content to the Service, you grant My Turn Media Group, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or enter does not violate the rights of third parties or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service for any commercial resale or sublicensing purposes • Interfere with the Service's normal operation • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account.

The Service integrates with Stripe for payment processing. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. The Service may also link to or reference third-party vendors, tools, or resources for informational purposes. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or vendor performance.

Nothing in the Service or these Terms constitutes legal, financial, insurance, property management, or professional maintenance advice. Property Command Center is a software organizational tool. You should consult qualified professionals — including licensed attorneys, financial advisors, insurance agents, and contractors — for advice specific to your circumstances. We make no warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of information you store or track within the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that reminders, alerts, or notifications will be delivered in a timely manner or at all.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY TURN MEDIA GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED MAINTENANCE, VENDOR FAILURES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at francisco@myturnmediagroup.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which My Turn Media Group, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Note: The governing law and dispute resolution provisions in these Terms are placeholder language. We recommend reviewing these Terms with qualified legal counsel to confirm they are appropriate for your jurisdiction and circumstances.
